Assalamualaikum and Hi all!Third school term holidays started yesterday and we government workers had two days off. It was the anniversary of Revelation of the Quran yesterday :) I planned to talk a lot but then I somehow feel hot so yeah~let's see how this goes. lol
Thursday, 18th August 2011:
School holidays started. Went to Bandar with Zar and Elza. Me and Zar went for hairsteaming at Polyme salon. We actually planned to go on Friday but then she had a gathering today so yeah we went yesterday instead. We tagged Elza along since we were to watch Movie. Vivi could not make it since she was going to Miri with her family. She invited me and Addie to join them and yes initially it was possible for me to join but then when I submitted my borang keluar negeri, it was returned back to me with a piece of paper telling what occasions/events that do not allow government workers to go outside Brunei. so yeah... but then the weird thing is some other government workers could go out. they are allowed. and hence it makes me feel as if I was making excuses not to go. huhu :S cecapie bnr~lol. sorry Vie~
anyway, it has been a while that I did not do any hair treatment. i think ever since I have permed my hair. and yes I feeeeeellll good :D and i learnt that my perm did not last long not necessarily my fault. the salon owner told me that certain hair, especially the one who had gone thru rebonding more than two times a year can be quite stubborn. she also told me it took her twice to do perming so her hair can actually be curly. she informed me too i should have went back to the salon within a week after. oh well..my loss then. tehee. it is kind of good to have someone confirming it wasn't entirely my fault. hihi
after hairsteaming we went to watch The rise of planet Apes? it was nice. like kesian. and then logical too. a thumb up for that movie. Umm. what else? oh yeah I met two people that I actually prefer never to meet again. lol. well it was unexpected. and awkward thing for me at least, i accidentally left my phone at the salon. and it was them who kindly gave my number to the salon owner. well, somehow i was losing my face? okay, i am thankful but that does not change the way i feel. lol.
we went to pick up my phone at Serusop after movie and we went to Timesquare. bought few cupcakes and i bought some cinnamon cheese for mum ^^ bought some bunga api for the kiddos. hehe. just remembered i haven't bought them any. :D anyway the best 'after' food/drink for me yesterday was of course no other than Each A Cup mini pearl milk tea! nyeh nyeh.
what else? umm i think that was it for yesterday. hihi
19th August 2011, Friday
I woke up way way early. like 6.22 am? tried to go back to sleep but to no avail. nyeh. so yeah i woke up and started some revision on Dr Mohin's lecture. I managed to go through all his notes and yes with difficulty. lol. it was windy and full of words. sighhhh. i rather do some assignments than do some serious readings. in the afternoon, we went to Dad's place. I rarely go there these days. i am sorry Bah :')
Then later on my family went to Waterfront Bandar. it was a bit boring there. nothing much to look at. we spent less than an hour there. then we went to Hua Ho Kiulap. I wanted to see the Exotic animal exhibition. i was not planning to touch any snake. i was barely curious how does it feel to look at snakes at closest view. and i did not even think to take photos or ape/ i thought the entrance fee was a dollar. kali ny $6 for adult and $3 for children. quite pricey but then i was there and i really wanted to see those snakes so yeah, i just teruskan. i brought my siblings along too. hihi.
there were more than 15 snakes there. from different species. got albino ones, then got the ones from Africa, Burma, Borneo. the tour guide insisted me on touching them which I refused very much. i only dared to touch its skin and while doing that i kept on telling the guy to hold its head and make sure it would not crawl to me. or get any nearer to me or my skin. lol. hihi. he tried so hard convincing me and the irony part is i only dared to really touch the slightly bigger ones. like the one i posted on fb. there was another one, bigger than that one and yes heavier, that one i dared to actually rub its head. hihi.
other than snakes, there were iguana, lizards, a big one which i do not remember what it is called as, its name is Bibo anyway, i really think it is somehow cute.sakai la ku banar. it is cute pasal....hmmph, you just have to stroke his head and he would just fall asleep. which he actually did few times td. Unik! keke. and its legs are flexible. it won't get mad or attack you even if you pull up its legs. it's heavy though. or dear.. i sound as if i am bound to have reptiles as pets in no mean time. well...now, precisely now, maybe but i think i am just excited with the adrenaline rush they were giving me. hihi. like the expo people kept on saying not to be scared, those snakes won't actually bite me.. well, the thing is i was more geli than takut. hihi. the reptiles thingy was exciting hence...i feel somehow good. hihi
Alright, i better stop.i have some serious readings to be done. lol.
Goodnight people!
